The Man in the Moon: Ingratiatingly old-styled weeper set in rural Louisiana in 1957, in reference to a l4-year-old gal in love with an older boy, who in turn favors her college-confined sister. Newcomer Witherspoon is vivid as the younger sister more early teenage lightning for controller Mulligan, who guided T Kill a Mockingbird. Pleasantly shot by Freddie Francis. Waterston has some powerful scenes as the gals' dad. Cast includes Sam Waterston, Tess Harper, Gail Strickland, Reese Witherspoon, Jason London, and Ernie Energetic. (99 minutes, 1991)

King of Kings: The life of Christ is intelligently informing and beautifully filmed. The film is full of extremely moving scenes, like the Lecture on the Mount and Christ's mending of the lame, as well as numerous others. Cast includes Jeffrey Hunter, Siobhan McKenna, Robert Ryan, Hurd Hatfield, Viveca Lindfors, Rita Gam, and Rip Torn. (168 minutes, 1961)

The Iron Triangle: A U.S. Army commander, serving in Vietnam in 1969, is seized by a seventeen-year old Vietcong cadet, and the set create a bond. Fascinating as a peek at the battle from the side of the "adversary," however the outcome is bewildered and tiny. Cast includes Dude Bridges, Haing S. Ngor, Johnny Hallyday, Liem Whatley, and James Ishida. (91 minutes, 1989)

Me, Myself and Irene: Normally mild mannered Rhode Island policeman Charlie Bailey is just a typical hard working cop. When he doesn't take his medication, his alter ego Hank is let loose. Hank is a vulgar, rude, aggressive wild man. Irene, who has confided in Charlie for help, must deal with Hank too in this wacky comedy romance.

Danger Route: Appearance in both senses of the word of Lynley and Bouchet gives a little increase to a normal spy story with few structure twirls. Cast includes Richard Johnson, Carol Lynley, Barbara Bouchet, Sylvia Sims, Diana Dors, Harry Andrews, Gordon Jackson, and Sam Wanamaker. (90 minutes, 1968)

The Horse Whisperer: After her daughter is seriously injured in a horse riding accident, her wealthy mother takes the horse to a legendary horse whisperer in Montana. A romance between the two follows.

Bright Lights, Big City: A young writer moves to New York to work for a major magazine. His life is a mess, his mother died recently, now his wife has left him. He now finds himself escaping into the seedy nightlife in New York City than never ends. Can he escape the downward spiral he is on?

Murph the Surf: Here is an all too typical plot, in regards to a cop framed for kills by a psychopathic ex-con he initially sent to jail; only innovation is that the psycho is a lady goddess. Cast includes Charles Bronson, Kathleen Wilhoite, Carrie Snodgress, Robert F. Lyons, Richard Romanus, Janet MacLacWan, and Lawrence Tierney. (100 minutes, 1986)

The Last Time: Nation bumpkin Ferder is moved to the N.Y. home outside of a business where sales exec. Keaton prides himself on his take-no-captives strategies. He mentors the ignorant newcomer and ends up in bed with his attractive spouse. There's more going on than meets the eye albeit the setup is permanently evident. Little-group stuff, however Keaton is excellent. Cast includes Michael Keaton, Brendan Fraser, Amber Valletta, Daniel Stem, Neal McDonough, and William Ragsdale. (96 minutes, 2007)

Try "Legal Movie Downloads" if you want to find some downloads. If the first search proves ineffective type in something different. "Movie Rentals Online" would be worth a try. - 18424
