It is Sinus Black, the man Harry thinks killed his parents. It won't be until the end of the school year before Harry learns the real truth about Sinus Black.
Eragon: Eragon is poor young boy trying to help keep his family fed. When he finds a shiny blue stone he thinks it might bring food to the tables. The stone turns out to be an egg, a dragon egg. Eragon and this dragon were destined to be together. Now they will go on great adventures together.
Prom Night: Three years after a homicidally compulsive professor Schaech killed her clan, a pleasant high-school kid, Sleet is stalked by an unwanted admirer on the day of her senior pro minutes. A nominal redo of the post-Halloween horror film, this more "superior" adolescent-skewing thriller depends on limited visual bloodshed to maintain anticipation. Cast includes Nelson McCormick. Brittany Sleet. Scott Porter, Jessica Stroup, Dana Davis, Collins Pennie, Kelly Blatz, James Ransone, Brianne Davis, ldris Elba, Mary Mara, Ming Ming-Na Wen, Jessalyn Gilsig, Linden Ashby, and Jonathon Schaech. Paint It Black: Roaming, disheartening thriller with Rossovich a sculptor who's tore off by his lover, craft trader Kirkland, then victimized by nut ball Savant. Cast includes Rick Rossovich, Sally Kirkland, Martin Landau, Julie Carmen, Doug Savant, Peter Frechette, and Jason Bernard. (101 minutes, 1989)
Indiscreet: Bergman is an acclaimed actress whom American playboy Permit romances and might forget. It is an admirable comedy from Norman Krasna's play 'Kind Sir Made in England.' This was redone as a 1988 TVM with Robert Wagner and Lesley-Anne Down in Indiscretion of an American Spouse 1953. Turgid melodrama set in Rome's railway station, with Jones the adulterous spouse meeting lover Clift for one more clinch. Cast includes Cary Permit, Ingrid Bergman, Cecil Parker, Phyllis Calvert, David Kossoff, and Megs Jenkins. (100 minutes, 1958)
Black Like Me: Cast includes James Whitmore, Roscoe Lee Browne, Lenka Petersen, Sorrell Booke, Can Geer, Al Freeman, and Raymond Jacques. Hefty tirade based on real history of journalist who took medications that permitted him to pass for black so he might expetience racial prejudice firsthand. Some facets of presentation are un-contemporary, although topics are still well-timed (107 minutes, 1964)
XXX: Xander 'XXX' Cage has been brought in by NSA agent Gibbons to help him with an urgent matter. He must help the MSA bring down a Russian crime ring, or face jail time. Agent Gibbons needs an unknown person with incredible skill and talent to get inside the organization. Is XXX the right man for the job?
Hanky Panky: Blameless designer Crazier is pursued by snoops, cops, etc. Unsurprising, hardly ludicrous comedy-thriller, with Radner miscast as the love interest. The film was meant to be a follow-up to Mix Insane, although Richard Pryor's part was revised for Gilda. You've seen it all before, and more superior. Cast includes Gene Crazier, Gilda Radner, Kathleen Quinlan, Richard Widmark, Robert Prosky, Josef Sommer, and Johnny Sekka. (88 minutes, 1982)
