The Big Town: A rural city crapshooter with a "brilliant arm" comes to Chicago in the 1950s to become a big gambler, however still has a lot to learn. R.P.M.: Old styled lenient Quinn gets to be head of university, and then approves a patrol bust of liberals to spare establishment. Inept Erich Segal script, comparably poor Kramer direction gives the film a certain camp value. Cast includes Anthony Quinn, Ann-Margret, Gary Lockwood, Paul Winfield, Graham Jarvis, and Alan Hewitt.
